Product: HP Designjet t120 24" ePrinter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my T120 Designjet is powered on, it makes no sound, and quickly displays error code 'B3616E78'. I've tried pressing and holding the power on/off button for 10 or more seconds, but it does nothing. Opening the print cartridge door does not result in any action - the cartridges are stuck at the opposite (far right) side of the printer and do not move. The printer is not connected to my home network. Windows 10 does not detect it either. At this point there is nothing I can do. Any suggestions from anyone other than call a Service guy?

Hi @JWT120 

 

When this model of printer shows that type of error in a blue screen means a problem either with the bundle or main pca f the printer and needs service.
