Hi, I'm having issues with my print outs. I had recently installed new black cartridge and the print outs were good. But for the last couple of days, I'm noticing that if my document has any text in grey font, that is getting missed out from the print out. In other words, only black colored text is printing and others are not.
Can someone provide a solution for this issue?

@SPS26, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Follow the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues to isolate and resolve the issue.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
