Product: HP Designjet 4500ps

Is there any level other than 1 that's available to recover printheads on the Designjet4500ps?

 

Do you just keep picking Level 1?

What is the issue exactly? The print quality issue? if yes can you share the print diagnostic image?

With low usage that this plotter is currently getting; the pens are drying up.  After Recovering about 10 times. Numbers are volume of ink through.After Recovering about 10 times. Numbers are volume of ink through.After 2 prints. #4 pen is now worse.After 2 prints. #4 pen is now worse.After 1 more print. All pens are better.After 1 more print. All pens are better.Checked on next day.Checked on next day.
