Product: DESIGNJET 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Plan printing. When printing A1 plan to actual size on A1 roll, the print is cut off short.  Printing to fit does get the whole plan on the paper, but it is not right as the scale is out.  How can I get the whole plan to print to actual size ?

check defined media size , according to you plan size....

also check paper layout,   portrait or landscape mode......

I am sure 1 of them...
