HP DESIGNJET T7200 - CAN'T CONTINUE TO BOOTUP (ERROR: RESTART THE PRINTER 21:13)

Hi,

 

Could you please assist me to troubleshoot this error from HP Designjet T7200. 

I notice carriage unit doesnt move or have a self test when the machine is on and this error always appears.

This is a service station error. If you can move the carriage by hand with the power off do so and look for obstructions in the service station on the right side. If no obstructions and powering off and back on does not help then then the service station will need to be replaced.

Error : 21:13

Cause: Service Station jam

 

Solution: Try the following.
● Turn the power off at the rear of the printer and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord
and turn on the printer.
● Make sure that the Service Station path is clear. Remove any visible obstacles (such as foam from the
printer’s packaging, screws and plastic parts) restricting the movement of the Service Station.
● If the System Error continues, then Service station has to be replaced, contact HP for part replacement.

yup i can move the carriage unit by hand when the machine is off, cant see any obstructions from the service station.
