My plotter will not power on. all of the lights are on, however, when I press the power button it turnsScreenshot 2023-10-06 at 8.47.05 PM.png orange.

Unplug the power cord, wait ten seconds and plug it back in. Do not touch anything, wait for the plotter to beep. (around 30 seconds). 3 beeps means the front panel or front panel cable is bad. 1 beep will indicate an electronic failure and you need to reset all cables on the main PCA. If the problem still exists, the board will need to be replaced.

Thank you for the advice. I tried all. I did not hear any beeps. I am pretty sure I will have to replace the formatter board.
