Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a plotter HP T1200, which we have had it erased with 1 pass mode, but now the plotter stays at 100% on startup. After turning off and on, the erase process starts again and the plotter stops starting up again at 100%.

 

We also cannot start the plotter in diagnostic mode to possibly reinstall the firmware.

 

Do you have any tips

How much time elapsed between the 100% displayed and when you turned it off and back on?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

We left the machine on overnight and in the morning it was still at 100% and then we turned the machine off and on.
