Product: HP DesignJet T3500 36-in
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our HP DesignJet T3500 36-in plotter at work that is giving paper jam and print head error messages.  The plotter worked before it was moved to new offices, so I am wondering if something was jarred lose or became unplugged.  I don't have a breakdown on the unit to get an idea as to what to look for.

Does anyone have some ideas or suggestions, service manuals, etc.
