Hello, I have a HP DesignJet T790ps plotter. We have very intricate architectural design drawing that we print on a daily basis.  We have discovered that our drawings DONT print any gray or grayscale images. It prints all other colors fine.  We are able to print on a normal ink jet printer fine printing all gray scale images. We believe that the printer needs to be replaced as it is very old. We don't see any errors on the plotter itself. Any thoughts?
