Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When turning on the printer, the screen gets stuck at 1% and i get the error 08:11. From what i have been reading so far is that this might indicate a problem with the HDD or the Formater Board.

My questions are:

1. If the problem is with the HDD, is it possible to get a replacement SATA drive and plug it in the formater board and upload the firmware through the USB port on the control panel, or does this drive have to be formated in a specific way for the printer/board to recognise it.

2. Iif the drive is not an issue, does the formater board come with a drive by default, or are they ordered seperatly.

Any help and links to where to get genuine spare parts for the printer are greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Adrian
