HP Recommended

After installing the HP DesignJet and PageWide XL Windows Printer Driver installer. 3.3.8.1597, I am unable to get the Enhanced Print Experience to appear. This prevents me from adding custom page sizes and other options. I have been told this is what the Print Preferences should appear as:

Suggestions on what is blocking this Print Experience?

What happens if you use the standard PCL and not the V4 driver?
