Product: HP Designjet 500ps 24 with GL2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is not feeding the paper far enough forward at the end of printing which results in it cutting the photo in half. What do I need to do to get it to trim correctly? Also, I am using a 100' roll of high gloss paper but it seems like it might be too big. It seems to be binding up against the back of the printer. Is this normal? What is a more likely size roll that I should be using? Thanks in advance.

Well, it is definitely a problem with the size of the roll that is preventing the paper from being fed so the cutter and slice it in the right spot. I loaded a small roll of poster paper I had and printed an ANSI D sheet and it feed and cut perfectly. The glossy paper binds on the rear of the printer so I guess I will have to cut some of it off until it fits without binding. I can use it still if I just manually feed it through the printer unless anyone has some suggestions.
