Hi,

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction for instructions how to try and sort a print head issue on a Designjet T130.

 

The control panel just says "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on, If problem persists contact HP"

 

Tried the turning on then off etc and no luck.

 

Is there some way I can take the print head out to check if its faulty?
