HP Designjet T1700dr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My T1700 plotter is connected to a standalone computer (no internet, It needs to be this way).

No matter what I try (custom sized plot, Scale up plot...) I can't plot longer than 48 inches.

What am I missing?

Hello @MojaveDon

I would like to know:

What type of connection from the pc to the plotter you have?

What program and type of files are trying to print?

What is the size of the job?

What driver version did you install?

Thank you.

Dear sir

It happened once at a client and the problem was  when inserting the paper or media the client  see on the screen asking for the length of the roll (not the width ) and the client use to put 44 or 47 in ... by mistaking the the length (47 in ) insted of 30 m or 50 m or even unknown  will do  ..

so just remove and reinstall the media inserting unknown length.

if My solution has solve your problem just give me a thumb

good day
