HP DesignJet T3500 36-in Production Multifunction Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

In work few colleagues got problem by printing drawings. Some of people who print drawing the lines are missing or are grey and shading. Sometimes they are blurry.

I tried to uninsall drivers, printer and all HP programs. Didn ´t help either.

If some uses get good quality prints, you can eliminate the printer as the problem and focus on either drivers or issues with the files. The T3500 is fully supported by the Universal drive and that is what you should install. I would suggest that if user continues to have a problem after the reinstall, that you attempt to print a file from a working computer on the computer with the problem.
