HP Designjet T520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

We have a HP Designjet T520 printer. I just reinstall my os, and succesfully installed the newest driver. Sadly many feature don't work under it.

1. I can do new paper size but I can not modify or overide it.

2. Creating new custom size... "Height should be larger than width", but why? Ok, I do rotate it.

2. Autorotate not working. I can print just in landscape mode.

Is there any way to downgrade the driver? I don't know which was the driver what I used before but I gladly try all of it. Is there any place where I can find the old ones?

Thanks for your help!

Regards,

Gábor Molnár

Having the exact same issue.... Any resolution yet?

It wasn't too easy, but yes. Firstly you should download the printer's basic driver (HP Windows HPGL2 Driver). Then delete printer and all of the drivers.

To install it try this method:

So I tried that but the issue is the same as using the V4 driver, Everything defaults to grayscale even if you select color. Did you see this issue?

Can you make a screenshot?
