Product: Designjet T530-36"

Hello, my new Designate can't be able to connect by the WiFi and can't be configured and print by Anteprima.

Any suggests to solve it ?

Please post additional details.  If you connect via wired network are you able to enter the embedded web server?  Often it is much easier to configure this way and not using the control panel. Does the wireless even see your network? Is the wireless active?

I can enter to the embedded web server by ethernet connection, but still can't see my WiFi. It see other WiFi service. i try to change the channel setting on my router and the T530 start to see the WiFi. The problem was the setting of the WiFi channel.
