Hi All,

 

We are using HP Designjet Multifunctional T830 (Windows 10 64bit). Recently I noticed one issue on the plotter. When I'm giving a print from AutoCAD the output what I'm getting is not the same size. (which means drawing measure size is mismatch).

How can I resolve this issue. Pls help me.

Have you run both printhead calibration and paper advance calibration?
