Product: Designjet T850

I have setup a scan to network drive at the Designjet T850
Map: \\NAS\Map
User: Scanner  + Password

Same User and Password in the Synology.
After scanning a document we receive an error at the Designjet.
Strangly the log shows User: Guest and not user Scanner.

I've tried all possible settings, but no luck.
Synology: SMB2, user rights ok.
! Scanning from MFP M479fdw works very well.
