HP Designjet XL 3600

I am currently working on configuring my Designjet printer to operate with a Netgard MFD devices for CAC reading capabilities. While following the installation guide I am instructed to access the partner menu from the panel on the printer to enable the communication between the Netgard and my printer. When trying to access the Partner menu from the admin account on the printer I am getting a message stating that access is denied. I was wondering if anyone know why the admin account is unable to access this menu/what account/rights I need to gain access.

A partner menu would be restricted to access by an HP partner who is certified on this product. Normally a device of this caliber is sold with setup services as they can require specialized knowledge to ensure print quality and reliable operation.
