Hi, I have a HP Designjet Z3200 which has a continuous E ink cart empty message.

I've tried 3 brand new original HP inks, all give the same message.

I replaced the left ink supply station with no effect.

Is there anything else which can cause this error?

I ran diagnostics on the ISS and results said it was working fine, ran diagnostics on the inks them selves and each time advises the E ink is empty.

Service documentation  states to run the ink delivery system test as well.

If after replacing the ISS you still get the error then the ink tubes are the next part recommended.
