HP Designjet Z3200PS

Yellow not printing. Yellow ink cartridge new and full. Yellow not present in calibration test. Performed all recommended testing and calibration. Do I need to change the printhead?

Very likely it's the printhead.

 

if you remove a Y printhead and wipe it on a soft cloth or a paper towel does it leave a yellow trace? What is the expiration date on the printhead, it must be stamped on the printhead?
