macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My Designjet Z5400 is stuck trying to cancel a big file that accidentally got loaded into the print queue via the USB port. It won't cancel it. Its been stuck on cancelling for 36 hours. As a result, I cannot print anything because it is the first in the queue. When I click on delete, nothing happens.

I figured it out. I turned it off, then unplugged it, waited 5 minutes, plugged it back in and it was clear.

in this case, maybe you should switch off printer from the back... remove usb cable from computer.

switch on printer again,    check  print queque on printer's menu , if there is the file, delete it... then check on computer

printer control panel,   check  what is printing  ( make sure none ).

 

all ok, reconnect usb cable.... hope it work..
