HP Designjet Z6200

Dear Colleagues in HP Community,

we have HP Designjet Z6200 which was functioning properly then having power supply unit ussue and after replaced start back working but now suddenly after we moved it form one offie to another we found that can't complete the startup menue and when reaches 27% then initializing will ask for cartridge replacement with werror code 26.0.01 then even when chnaging the required cartidges will reach to a point that all cartrdiges flashing and stopping any action later.

Power off the designjet

remove all cartridges 

power the designjet back on,  later in the power up routine will ask you yo reinstall the cartridges.

All this process implemented several times but no luck!

Hi Hawler

we had Z6100 with similar problem - brand new cartridge recognized as faulty - problem was in the cartridge itself and replaced with another one. The seller explained with faulty batch. So try another if possible.

But first check for leaking inside around needles before inserting cartridge.
