Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a strange issue with our Z6600.

When  printing on the widest rolls (60 inches) graphic elements such as eps gets cut off at approximately 136cm (53.5 inches) and beyond.

The odd thing is that text and other objects - typical boxes/lines (from InDesign) - still get printed beyond 136cm - the only thing missing is the graphics.

This isn't a one-off, it happens all the time, and even when duplicating the exact same layout several times across the full width, the non-printed parts of the design only happens to what is beyond 136cm. Printing on narrower rolls does not have this issue.

Different ways of preparing the PDF from InDesign (such as printing to PDF or exporting to PDF) makes no difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - we print a lot of posters and such and would of course like to utilize the full width of the paper...

Have you tried checking the box in the driver preferences that says, "print as image"?
