HP Designjet Z6800 printing double image

HP Recommended
HP Designjet Z6800

Trying to print anything, we keep getting a double image. Even the Diagnostic Image is doing it.

This issue has been happening for quite some time. All of a sudden, for no apparent reason, it goes away and prints normally again. Last time it printed fine for several weeks.

We have tried changing the Ethernet cable and restarting but it seems to be an internal issue because the Diagnostic Image is doing it as well.

We have tried all that several times but did not try the "Share Option".

HP has been working with us extensively on this issue and believe it may be a bad PCA Board or bad Flex Cables.

Those parts should be arriving today so we update with our results.
