Product: HP DesignJet Z6dr 44-in PostScript Printer with V-Trimmer

HP Designjet Z6dr recognizes the paper roll I've loaded on roll 1.  It shows in the printer panel and is calibrated.  But when I go to print, it shows roll 1 not loaded, but roll 2 is.  There is currently nothing loaded on roll 2.  I can force it to print, but I think the colors are off I assume because it is not calibrated correctly.  I have restarted the printer and unloaded and reloaded both rolls.  

 

The  printed and my computer are both connected by ethernet cable to a LAN at work.

 

What can I do to fix this?
