I've searched for days!!! Ive tried all the list fixes on this site for this printer. Still when trying to connect to wifi in all the various ways it fails. I've reset the printer to OOB settings, still no wifi. Ive added the MAC address inside the router settings and still no connection. I just cant get it to connect to my router. I've also rest the router several times with no success. Im starting to question why Im so loyal to HP. This is very frustrating because it seems as though I've tried everything!

@doug74G, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Print the wireless test report and share the results. To print the test page, follow the steps below:

  • On the printer control panel, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings
  • Touch Print Wireless Test Report.

Refer to the User Guide(page 129-135) for troubleshooting steps related to wireless issues.

You can also use the HP Wireless Direct option to connect the printer to your computer. Refer to User Guide(page 234-236) for help.

Also, use this document HP Wireless Printers - Printing with HP Wireless Direct as reference.

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Cheers 🙂
