Hi all
I've followed sandytech20's advice and the printer now isn't installing - 'driver unavailable'.
It is recognised by HP Print and Scan Doctor, and appears to fully install - is recognised on the network.
When I go into Word to test print, A3 finally shows up as a paper option, but the printer doesn't appear in the devices.
