Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently tried to install 952XL replacement ink for Office Jet Pro 7740 (Product #G5J38A) and received a message that the cartridge was incompatible despite using HP to select compatible ink for my printer.  After doing some research it appears that my printer is not set to the region I assumed (United States) but is apparently set to Latin America which requires 954XL.  I would greatly appreciate help on resetting the region code so that this ink is not wasted and because I cannot find 954 ink.

My issue was promptly resolved by HP support over Facebook messenger by opening my printer settings and following their instruction for resetting the code.  I was able to avoid purchasing the $19.99 warranty that was being pitched to me when I tried phone support.
