HP Plotter T120 won't turn on

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi , I have this problem; I can not  start the plotter, it worked well before this,  When I turn on the power, I can not see the menu ,no blue screen , all that there is to be seen is the line  indicater as if the it can not initialize the system.... I   includedt a  snapshot . There is a long beeep  after 20 second . What does this mean?

I have read some thread which discussing similar problem in  other forum suggesting that the ink carriage should be at the left side, and  should not be otherwise of course in my case the ink carriage is at the right corner but I am  skeptical with the suggestion to forcefully move the ink carriage to the left ... can some body give advice on how to go about this ?

I would try a hard reset on the system. Look for a PM with instructions.
