We have updated the firmware, but it gets to here and wont finish sending data / freezing here.
Checked the computer and the printer both and they show connectivity between them
Hooked up VIA USB
Windows 10 Pro x64

If i were in your position, I would try to connect via network and see if that makes a difference. The error almost sounds like driver installation corrupted.
