Dear Sir 

need to know witch firmware is caching ? IG_06_00_00.2   or  IG_14_01_01.1  ??? and witch firmware version do you have on your plotter ?  are you trying to install it through the ews  web server or by inserting (on the root )it on an fat 32 usb and starting the plotter ? and when is it crashing ?

if it is an earlier  version  i do have all the upgrade version that could upgrade but don t known how to  sent it to you .I need your e mail to sent it by we transfer  .

Hi thanks for your reply..I am trying to download  IG_14_01_01.1 so I can then put it on usb drive and then via laptop to the HP..however (at least from where I am) the download either doesn`t start at all..or if it does it quickly fails...
