T7200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

T7200 prompt "Load paper for next job" but paper has loaded, still cannot print

I'm encountering this issue when  sending print job to the T7200.

So the front panel showed "Load paper for next job"

When I load the paper to the T7200 and trying to print, it prompted me "Load paper for next job" but the paper has loaded.

The front panel show that there is paper loaded but it just can't print.

Each pdf file I send via HP Click, the printer will stop responding with the "Load paper for next job" message.

So, the problem is each time I tried to send print job to the printer, it will stop and prompt me the message.

Any procedures or ways to fix this issue?

Hello @jacanape

Did you try printing using the HP driver instead of HP click? Why I think is that there is a paper mismatch of the size or type of the current loaded in the printer. Make sure that in click and the printer has the same.

If the issue only occurs from HP click then you can submit an email to their support:

hpclick.support@hp.com And hpdesignjetclick@hp.com

I am an HP employee

@jacanape:
you should go to the   printer control panel & check, sometimes Windows might add another same printer unexpectly.
if only 1 & check if it is online. if more than 1, remove  other...
if printer is  online, right click    what is printing & check the print quequ, if there was,     delete all ... then print again...
also make sure    it is not paused...
