Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am hoping someone can assist me. I have a HP Z5200, and after printing the LCD shows "Finishing Print", but it just stays like that and no buttons are responsive and it has to be turned off and back on at the plug. Once it reboots and does it's checks it says to re-seat the PK-LG print head, which I do and then it prints a prenihead pattern and the printer is then ready to print again. I also hear a whining sound whilst it is frozen coming from the printer somewhere, but can not confirm that is linked to this issue, although I do not recall hearing it before during use.

I have included some images below of the error the printer recorded after it rebooted.

The error code you show is not covered in the service manuals. Are you getting any other codes through the event log? Based on the text of the messages it may be related to the carriage board or trailing cable but you really would need to open a support case with HP to find out exactly what the error message means.
