The error 11:11 is for a Trailing cable either not connected properly or damaged.

mostly it should be a damaged one on this mode as the DSJ 500 is old.

As for the 21:10, this is related to the Service station ,  either the Carriage assy is struck on the service station not getting unlocked or the service station is bad.

Turn off plotter, try to move the carriage manually out of the service station ( right side)

if moves out, keep the carriage in the middle, check for any paper jams on the right side.

and turn on.

if carrige does not move out, check if the carrige cover / flap is locked and down , not causing any obstruction.

check also the carriage belt condition which is responsible for the carriage to move out.
