Hi my z2100 when I calibrate colour it states cannot complete due to scanning issue yet all colours are on the print out

yet when I come to print a picture etc the blue is missing  can anyone help please

If all colour including cyan is printed then the line sensor might be dirty so it doesn't read.

When alignment page is printed if you look you will see that light on the carriage is reading the colour markings on an alignment page. That light is line sensor you can clean it underneath maybe it's dirty.
