Product: HPT2300
We have the HPT2300 large format machine that scans, prints and copies. Lately, the touchscreen has been unresponsive. Then a few minutes later, it will work. We tried unplugging everything and taking the ink cartridges out and plugging everything back in and re-seating the cartridges. It still does it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
