Designjet T795 e-printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Steps taken to resolve;

1. I tried restarting it several times zero success.

2. Cleaned it once and it worked but on restarting it went back to the same issue, stuck at 75% when restarting, anyone with an idea how to resolve this?

3. The plotter is on a shared office network LAN.

If you open the window and look at the carriage does there appear to be a lot of ink? We have had a few failed printheads in other models that have dumped ink that keeps polluting the line sensor even if you clean it. Otherwise troubleshooting for the 55 error is as follows.

System Error: 55:YZ

Problem Description: Problem with the Line Sensor. The product has detected a failure to access the Line Sensor EEPROM.
Corrective action: Try the following:
  1. Switch the power off from the back of the product and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power on the product.
  2. Perform the Carriage Test to troubleshoot the problem further.
  3. Check the Line Sensor connections to the Carriage PCA.
  4. Replace the Line Sensor.
  5. Replace the Carriage PCA

If you continue having an issue where it only posts to 75 percent try performing hard drive cleanup, you may have corrupted files preventing proper startup.
