Hi.

Whenever we print in red on our machine it is blurred. All other colours are fine. We have replaced print head, and aligned and cleaned printhead. Any ideas how we can fix?

Thanks

hi

usually its i print head problem  but still you can try

1) clean the strip encoder with wet wipes  all the strip ,, move carriage at left and clean the rest on the right .

2 ) remove the 2 print heads red   c lean the connectors on both the print head and the carriage , clean the print head  from underneath , (gently )  restart the printer without reinserting the 2 print head .

3) check your maintenance cartridge if not full of ink , clean it from the surface if needed .

4) reinstall print head   perform  optimism quality

5) if all this did not solve it replace the second print head

good luck
