We have a Pagewide Xl 8000 that has a high capacity stacker attached.  The issue is that the stacker is not stacking the paper properly.  It will bulldoze the paper or it will dog walk the paper to the left or right while stacking on long runs 30x42, 36x24 it seems to do fine and stacks well.  We have adjusted the the pre-load of the stacker, by doing this we were able to get some improvement, but we have not found that sweet spot.

We have checked the rollers in the roof of the stacker, we have checked the kickers, we have checked the pinch rollers (our machine only has 2 of those) and we have checked the static brushes as well.  We have also checked the diverter.

If you know something that we have missed please let us know.
