It is a Designjet T520. When I try to use the automated online support, it says my printer cannot be recognized by the serial number alone and also needs the product number, but when I enter that it says the product number is invalid. A lot of the suggestions want you to use the menu on the printer, but as shown by the photo I uploaded, I am not given those options. Granted, the printer is on the older side, but it was working perfectly and then just stopped. When I try to use the HP Smart app, the printer does not show up. It is connected by an ethernet wire to the router. So, normally I connect wirelessly that way. I have unplugged/restarted/rebooted everything, but as soon as the printer turns on, the picture I uploaded is the first and only thing that appears on the printer screen. Thanks in advance for any help.

Most common cause is a failed formatter storage device. Which is a specially formatted USB stick that can be replaced. It should be sold on the HP Parts Store website. Part number CQ890-67105. There is a slight chance it Is the main board but in most cases the stick will solve the problem

You need to remove the left side cover to expose the system board. This video on replacing the main board shows the steps. the USB is on the upper inside of the formatter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26Mkdxq5qu4
The first bit of video where the board is show you can see the usb that you need to replace in the upper right of the board.
