How to remove paper margins in HP Designjet 510 properties

HP Recommended
HP Designjet 510
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hallo,

I neet to print lots of on roll paper pdfs on HP Designjet 510. PDF docs don't have margins and it is very important to save original scaling because I print for example 1:200 plot scale.

When I try to print I set Acrobat Reader to print whith minimal possible margins.

But when I look to Printer Parameters > Paper/Quality I see for example:

Size is: 8.5 x 11 in.

Printable area is: 8.11 x 9.66 in.

So because of resize I have "compressed" printed docs whith plot scale different from 1:200 in fact.

The same situation I see in any another program I try to use for printing.

So the problem is the printer settings.

I tried to use "Smal margins option" but it doesnt chage width of printable area, only length and for some reason the printer added emty spaces between pages.

How can I increase printable area to print without reduction of printable Image size?

No idea to be honest but you should be able to choose a custom size paper so maybe if you increased the size of the media to a larger value the printable area will increase. You will probably have to play with the dimensions until you get the area you need.
