Hp L26500
Linux

Hello all.

I have a latex 26500 printer, and it loses ink while printing.

for example.

if i have black to print, composite, it starts with blac, then as the printhead advances to the center of the printer, it loses black intensity, and when it reaches the left side as i look at it, black no longer comes out of the printhead.did anyone had this problem before?

thanks

How many litres are fired through the printheads? Mostly - replace black printhead, but first run the printhead status plot to see which one is failing...

Hello.
estimating 1-2 liters.
but that is not the issue. Even with 800 ml ink fired, the problem first started.
When it starts printing,it fires all nozzles black. As it advances,i can literally see black not firing.
i can upload a video to show you

I assume you've cleaned black printheads and carriage connectors...you can measure PH's and their weight as new is about 60 grams, if they are 45 - not  much ink is going into and must check tubes and ink delivery (tech support is needed), but mostly printheads are the problem...when printing black check when carriage is moving, whether first or second PH isn't printing equally, and the next PH isn't covering enough with ink...
