thank you my problem the machine has been idle for more than 8 years now what can i do to re-do all the requirements i have i have it installed it just goes ok show me the error code it shows how i saved it thank you very much: it will come Mohamed Lee

Hello.

Firstly. If it has not been working for 8 years, you must change all the heads and inks. Then try doing a head test with the usb cable disconnected and let me know.
