Prints are coming out rotated 180 degrees and the right side margin is now 14mm, it should be closer to 5mm. Both roll 1 and 2 and different width paper rolls do the same thing. So far I have checked drivers, checked printer settings, checked spindles, recalibrated, tried different OS and a different computer, tried different file types, and internal test prints. Reset printer back to factory default nothing has worked. The printer detects correct paper width. A visual check of the encoder strip and transport/vacuum deck looks normal. No errors in the log. Any ideas would be appreciated.
