hi, I have a Design jet Z2100 and asking for reseat printhead, how?

It should tell you which printhead. Start the printhead replacement procedure from the control panel. Remove the indicated print cartridge and reseat it. Unit should then check the cartridges and continue on.

I did that and still said that the printhead replacement is incomplete and I put 2 new HP printheads, just in case but nothing.  how do I reseat it? I am sorry but my skills as a technical guy are very limit.

You do not mention printhead replacement incomplete in your first post. This is an important bit of information and might indicate a completely different problem. If there is ink built up on the service station it can cause a failure when the printer tries to setup a new printhead. If that is the case, no amount of reseating is going to solve the problem. You need to check the service station (right side of the printer where the head parks) to see if there is a bunch of ink there.
