Product: HP DesignJet Z6200
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Our DesignJet Z6200 current Firmware is KHN_02_00_00.3. We are currently having problems printing to it from ApogeeX (Press Management) It will print just a couple of inches and then just stops and cuts the sheet. I have the update for KHN_02_00.05.2 and KHN_03_06_00.8. I imagine I will have to do each firmware update from the beginning. Where can I find these downloads. I have constant failures on the KHN_02_00.05.2

HP Recommended

The most current firmware will have all previous improvements included, you should need to install the latest. There are sometimes exceptions but those will usually be noted in the documentation.

I am sorry but the latest versaion does not work and states that you must be at a certain version to work. Which I am about 3 behind it. Hence....I need all these updates.
