HP designjet t1200 HD MFP
Hi All, Please, kindly help us cause our HP printer Designjet t1200 HD MFP is on initialization step since 2 days . firstly , we have gotten the error 79:04 , and to solve this error , we have changed the cartridges and then the printerheads. after to have restarted it , it remains on initialization process since 2 days . thank you in advance for your great help. I would suggest that you perform a harddisk cleanup through the diagnostics menu.

thank you #Repairatrooper, and sorry for the delay , I was in days off. Please , this seems to be a good idea but the issue is we cannot reach diagnostics menu ,cause when we start it , it goes on initialization process and stay there . so , we aren't able to get the menu and not able to get it by its web interface . Please, help. Regards,
