KE200 Thermal printer Prints 1" Solid Black, Then Both Power Adapter and Printer Shut Down
I am unable to select the Printer catagory, this is the only one that allows me to post in it.
I have a K200 Thermal Printer, and it just last night started doing this. I have tried resetting it, but the test print always fails. HP Support App is unable to print anything.
Additionally, I am unable to register this printer. I keep getting an error message saying that the S/N is incorrect.
What do I do here? I use this daily for my business, and this is a major problem for me.
Thank you in advance
